AL-FUTTAIM ACE ANNOUNCES
REVEALING RESULTS OF ITS SECOND
NATIONWIDE CONSUMER SURVEY
Al-Futtaim ACE has announced the results of its
second nationwide survey that has revealed some
interesting consumer trends.

ACE said: “We believe consumer insights are
fundamental to the way we retail today and in the
future. The customer is at the centre of everything we
do and this is part and parcel of our DNA. With the
help of the data derived from the survey, we hope to
have a better understanding of customers and their
purchasing habits. This information, in turn helps us
tailor our product mix and improve our services.”

various nationalities over a five-week period
between March and April 2016. Key findings
from this edition’s survey are summarised in a
published infographic, available to view here.
Al-Futtaim ACE’s announcement of the survey’s
findings coincides with the launch of its Home Improvement Guide, a 68 page booklet packed with
tips, ideas and inspiration across the DIY, paint,
home and garden categories. The annual guide features over 300 products with prices valid through to
31st August, 2016. A total of over 85,700 guides will
be delivered across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
This year the Home Improvement Guide is also
available as an interactive catalogue online
where customers can view, select and purchase.
