it’s kind of a ‘one-time’ use, but for the most
part, I let my models keep the pieces. It’s like
‘payment’ as I don’t really have a huge budget
to ‘properly’ pay for their time (although many
insist they’ll do it for free for the experience).
It works out though, as when I work on models
who are close(r) friends of mine, we’ll often go
out for drinks afterwards, to unwind after a long
day. But they’ll generally keep the art on, use it
as an icebreaker; they get to talk to new people
and make new friends, and people see the work
firsthand who typically wouldn’t have been
exposed to it. A few models have float-mounted
the peeled-off art between two sheets of glass
(which actually looks quite nice in the end) but
the vast majority just throw it out afterwards
(shh). It doesn’t really bother me, as I guess the
finished image is the digital final, and the body
