Karen Fuchs studied textile design and weaving, worked in design for architectural
interiors, taught color and materials at Pratt, and is now a teaching artist, creating
textiles, cyanotypes, prints, assemblages, and collages. She leads workshops and gives
talks for educators, designers, administrators, and artists on making connections
between art and science, design thinking and education, and sharing creative project
ideas based on our natural world. Classes, workshops, and residencies are available.
