Turkey. My name is
Cemre. I’m a reporter in
the second issue.That’s
why I made an interview
with Ali Rıza Tığ who is
both the journalist and
the owner of the
newspaper “Pusula”
about my city of
Zonguldak in Turkey.
Cemre : “Can you give
me some information
about Turkey ?
The capital city
is Ankara, a city in
central Anatolia.
Cemre : “Could you give
me information about the
location and the
population of
Zonguldak?”
Mr.Tığ : Zonguldak is
a city in the Black
Sea region of Turkey
with the area of 3.342
km 2. . It has seven

Zonguldak famous for?”
Mr.Tığ: It’s famous for
its coal mine that
changed its role in
economy. For the first
time,Uzun Mehmet found
the hard coal in Ereğli in
districts.
Mr. Tığ : Turkey is a
country between Europe
and Asia. It has seven
geographical regions

According to the 2018
census, Zonguldak has a
population of 599.698.
and the area of Turkey is
about 780,000 square
kilometres.Turkey is
a republic and the money
of Turkey is
is around 21 °C in July
and August. Winters are
cool and damp, and the
average temperature is
around 6 °C in January
and February.
