On the 6th of March we had a lesson in a Royal Castle in Warsaw.
We learnt about Jan Matejko.
He was a Polish painter.
His most famous oil paintings are: ”Rejtan”, ”King Stephan Batory in Pskov”, ”Battle of Grunwald” and a gallery of Polish kings. Matejko is the most famous polish painter, called „national painter” of Poland.
