Taekwondo is a martial art that involves fast kicking, jumping and spinning. Jade was introduced to taekwondo by her grandfather for self defence when she was 8 years old. She won the gold medal for Taekwondo at the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. This is her second gold medal because in the London 2012 Olympics Games she won Britain’s first taekwondo gold medal when she was just 19 years old. Jade is nicknamed ‘The Headhunter’ because she likes to win big points by kicking opponents in the head with amazing accuracy. Name: Aaron James Ramsey Age: 25 Sport: Football Place of Birth: Caerphilly, South Wales Salary: £2,860,000 (2012) Career: Aaron Ramsey loves football and started playing football in school at the age of 11. He was also good at rugby and athletics. Ramsey is a midfielder and his professional career started when he joined Cardiff City Football Club in 2006. At the age of just 16, he was the youngest player in club history. In 2008 he joined the Wales in the National team and Arsenal where he signed a £5 million deal. Unfortunately, in 2010, Ramsey broke his leg in two places in a match against Stoke City. It took him years to fully recover from this injury. At the moment Ramsey plays for Arsenal and represents Wales and Great Britain.
