1 3 2   Retro Review This  is  a  review  of  the  game  called  My  Sims   Kingdom.  This  focussed  on  the  Wii  version.   By  Shaun     Design: the game looks amazing and the developers have worked really hard on this game. NowSims Kingdom has the resource collecting like Minecraft and loads more great additions like bronze, silver, wood and apples. Apples are used to re-grow trees! Controls: Personally I think that the resource collecting for this game works better with a wiimote because when you are swinging to chop wood it feels like you are using a real axe!! DS Plot: The DS game plot is completely different to the Wii game plot. Even though I don’t play this on the DS I know this to start the game you are on a mysterious island with a mysterious person doing mysterious things! Wii plot: you are tying to become the kingdoms   Wandolier. A Wandolier is basically magic construction worker and you need a lot of mana to build stuff and you can explore a lot of sim islands Fun Stuff: resource collecting can sometimes drop mana so if you need mana or you need resources just go hunting to get everything you need. Also when you go onto different islands you can find and do different things. One island has western stuff to find and there is a futuristic island as well as a zombie island. It’s kind of obvious what there is to find there! Anyway, back to the review… Graphics: they are defiantly holding for an 8 year old game. In Europe Sims Kingdom was released on Halloween. Overall: I would recommend this game to anyone aged between 6 and 13. Extra tips: Do you think you have too many rescorces and not enough mana? Are you tired of having to wait for trees to regrow? If yes, then trade in your resources with Lyndsey and you will get some mana for your goods. You don’t need to invest thousands of hours into the game to get all the blueprints. You can still get fish and rocks without them. You can get animals as pet by make sure you avoid lemurs, lions, venomous snakes, bears, coyotes, wolves, kinkajous and crocodiles at all costs! Well that’s about it. I hope you enjoy this game. Thank you for reading!
