Scentific experiment "The scents of chocolate"

Preparations:

Some pieces of, pieces of food (or plant), which smells intensively (mint, orange peel... if you like onions or garlic, also possible a drop of essential oil).

Take a piece of chocolate in a jam glass or film canister. Put a piece of the strong smelling plant or food on the other part of the canister (no contact between the chocolate and the food). Close the canister and let it be untouched for 20 minutes or more.

Observation:

After some time the chocolate has the scent of the piece of food without having direct contact.
