have a presence on most of the popular networks.
Do you guys play out much? Do only play locally
or do you get to tour much?
We have been ramping up our efforts to land gigs
outside of our area. We had been playing Huntington
WV and Ironton OH last fall but are branching out to
Charleston WV this summer. We also have contacts
and will announce more shows in the coming weeks for
Columbus OH, Indianapolis IN, and Kansas City MO.
What’s your opinion of your music scene? And
what would you like to see change if anything?
Our immediate area is pretty poor when it comes
to opportunities for original bands. Most places to play
are the same places we cut our teeth in for years but are
only for cover bands. I would like to see more venues to
offer a bill of say three original bands to come perform
for an evening instead of listening to the same bands
play the same cover songs over and over. The problem
is that the cover bars clientele is much older than what
it used to be.
Where do you see this band in a year or two? Do
you guys, as a band have any goals you want to reach
this year?
Our immediate goals are to play more gigs domestically, and then take on a small tour of Europe in the
next couple of years. We also plan on writing and releasing another full length album in the near future as
well.
