Guardian Storage in Superior,
Colorado is a source of pride for the
managing owners, cousins Steven
Cohen and Kevin Cohen. This
Guardian Storage location opened in
2013 with the intention of developing
superior architecture, using sustainable
building materials and providing topnotch customer service in order to
set itself apart from its competitors.
Guardian Storage took no shortcuts
when outfitting their Superior, Colorado
location with quality amenities including
4’ covered loading docks, security
alarms on all 640 units, extensive
video surveillance, 10’ ceilings and
a conference room for tenant use.
Guardian also provides their tenants
with free WiFi and complimentary use
of a moving truck upon move-in.
Guardian Storage met with extensive
challenges prior to receiving approval
to build the Superior, Colorado facility.
First the property was under agreement
and part way through the entitlement
process when The Great Recession
