They also advise on the legitimacy of medical certificates. Executive Profile Disciplinary enquiries The Division provides qualified and experienced experts to chair and run in-company disciplinary enquiries and appeals. SEIFSA speaks for industry The Division’s senior IR staff are active in the formulation of employer bargaining strategies and tactics. They also participate directly in industry-wide negotiations with trade union representatives. SEIFSA negotiates all terms and conditions of the industry’s collective agreements – from wage increases, employment conditions and social security arrangements, through to financial and administrative issues relating to bargaining council operations. Collective Bridgette Mokoetle joined SEIFSA in April 2014 as a Legal Executive and Company Secretary and later assumed responsibility for Industrial Relations. She has previously worked as Corporate Services Manager at the Construction Education and Training Authority, HR Manager: Legal Compliance at Fraser Alexander Bulk Mech and as an Associate and a Senior Associate at Brink Cohen Le Roux Inc.
