While visiting the country, my wife and I attended a cross-country ‘point-to-point’ race at Chudleigh Salterton, and my wife even managed to pick the winner – perhaps you can, too. From the clues below, can you work out the names of the three winning jockeys and their horses, and in which position they finished?
CLUES:
1 Ludlow finished just ahead of Carol, who was mounted on Skylark.
2 Jack’s horse finished somewhere in front of Wildfire, which wasn’t ridden by Redcar.
3 Roy’s horse didn’t come second.
