Villa Rentals recently joined Nightsbridge , Africa ' s leading real-time booking platform . Nightsbridge connects our availability to the world ' s top websites and agents . Guests can view availability , book and pay online , even while we are busy or out of the office . This integration is connected to our reservation system and they distribute our listings to channels worldwide with no delay . Availability and rates are copied from our own front desk booking software . We only need to keep one system up to date . Our reservation personnel continue to use our own frontoffice system , so there ' s no big change for them . Nightsbridge runs in the background , speaking to our online channels or agents . Most booking websites and agents ask a commission of between 10 – 20 % if the booking is done by them , this will be a fee over and above our commission only on confirmed bookings .
The board of directors approved this initiative for the low and mid-season periods . This is a new marketing platform and will not affect the current business and bookings . This means that we reach new clients from all around the world .
