I would also like to take some time to reflect on the past year and what we have implemented and achieved. Only 1 set of home owner keys must be kept at the key room. Ÿ Estate reception personalise welcoming improving guest experience and making clients feel welcome. Letting Agents: Registration & Act Villa Rentals are very proud to say that we are the ONLY official rental agency, run under the auspices of the board of Directors on the San Lameer Estate. When booking your holiday, be sure to use the services of a registered Letting agency, such as Villa Rentals. Did you know that when you rent out your Villa or have a booking agent renting out your villa, that the following must be adhered to? In terms of the Act, Estate Agents must register with the Estate Agency Affairs board, the statutory body that regulates the Estate Agents. Letting Agents are also classified as Estate Agents and thus fall under the EAAB. The objective of the EAAB is to maintain and promote the standard of the conduct of Estate Agents and the regulate the activities of Estate Agents in the public interest. Commission In terms of the Act an Estate Agent is not entitled to any commission or other remuneration, arising from performance of an Estate Agency service, unless at the time of the performance of the Estate service, that person has been issued with a valid fidelity fund certificate by the EAAB board. WET Ingevolge die Wet is 'n eiendomsagent nie geregtig op enige kommissie of ander vergoeding wat voortspruit uit die prestasie van 'n eiendomsagentskapsdiens nie, tensy die persoon op die tydstip van die boedeldiens, uitgereik is met 'n geldige getrouheidsfonds sertifikaat deur die “EAAB” raad. As jy versuim om aan bogenoemde te voldoen en skuldig bevind word, sal jou eiendomsagentstatus opgeskort word en 'n boete sal aan jou gegee word. 'n Nuwe Besturende Direkteur, Phelisa Mangcu, van die UGU Suidkus Toerisme is in Augustus 2018 aangekondig. Sy het groot planne om die KZN Suidkus stewig op die plaaslike en internasionale toerismekaart te plaas - gelykstaande aan die Tuinroete as 'n herkenbare en gesogte bestemming.
