If your villa is listed with Villa Rentals we inspect the villa before arrival , making sure everything is working and clean . We inspect villas after departures making sure that there are no damages or items missing . We keep breakage deposits to ensure that we are covered in case of breakages .
On arrival the guests are welcomed at the Estate Reception . Every guest ' s key is placed in an envelope with the guest ' s details , villa number , emergency numbers , checkout times and any details that are necessary - the key tags are clearly branded . Inside the envelope is a map that directs the guests to their unit , keys with an activated access tag and any special promotions that we are running at that specific period . First impressions count .
We have a handyman and reservationist on standby 24 / 7 . We have standby villas available . These villas get rotated so that if we have a “ walk-in ” client at San Lameer that wants to book a villa , we can help them immediately . Payment by the client must be done in full before handing out keys . We inspect all the villas once a month to ensure the villas have not incurred any damages . We have a quality control team that inspects the villas making sure all the villas are maintained and up to standard . Some homeowners seldom use their villas for private use , so the inspections will ensure that you have feedback on the condition of your villa . We only use registered contractors of the estate that are trustworthy and qualified . We can get quotes for you , order delivery of furniture for you , make sure goods are delivered timeously and if work was done , ensure that it is up to standard . These contractors are on standby for us 24 / 7 ensuring problems get sorted out as soon as possible .
We have an excellent reservation software programme that communicates with Estate Reception and Lamain Cleaning Services so that they have the necessary information with regards to the villas at all times .
All Villa Rental bookings are monitored by Fidelity Security and Lamain , who conducts a daily maid service . They report over-crowded villas and assist us with the monitoring of villas so that we have
complete control with regards to quality . We are very strict with a departure time of 10am and making sure that all the keys are signed back in at Estate Reception . The Villa Rentals office is open 7 days a week .
Our marketing budget is very extensive and we advertise on all mediums - TV , radio , toll road distribution , print media , social media , our San Lameer application , email newsletter – database of 7500 , google online adword banners , online listings , golf group sites , exhibitions , prize vouchers and partnering travel agencies .
Our reservation system is linked to our website that allows for online bookings . We are proactive throughout the year , when we see that the bookings need a boost we communicate with the Villa Rental homeowners asking for a special tariff for a specific period . Homeowners have the choice to choose if they would like to be a part of these specific initiatives .
