ewis Hamilton is mighty at Silverstone, has always been
and will probably always be. For the third time in a row
he celebrated on the podium, in front of his adoring home
crowd, after winning an intriguing British Grand Prix.
In truth he was never seriously challenged as he powered to his
fourth win of the season. By the end of the day he was a mere
point behind in the championship standings and a fourth world
title is suddenly a very real prospect, when a in May it looked
like a long shot for the Briton.
