Repetitions in extended time , del compositor anglès Bryn Harrison ( 1969 ) se centra en l ’ exploració del temps musical a través de la repetició de materials sonors que es mostren des de diferents angles i perspectives . L ’ obra , de 43 minuts de durada , juga amb la memòria auditiva i amb els punts de referència i de desorientació que pot generar la repetició en l ’ oient a través de la reexaminació obsessiva d ’ un objecte . Sis Artificial Environments , de Joanna Bailie , que es basen en la interacció d ’ enregistraments de camp amb instruments acústics , completen el programa .
The London collective Plus-Minus opens the Sampler Sèries season with a taste of avant-garde British music . Repetitions in extended time , by the English composer Bryn Harrison ( 1969 ), centres on the exploration of musical time through the repetition of sound materials that are shown from different angles and perspectives . The piece , lasting 43 minutes , plays with the auditory memory and with the points of orientation and disorientation that repetition can generate in the listener through the obsessive reexamination of an object . Six Artificial Environments , by Joanna Bailie based on the interaction of field recordings with acoustic instruments , complete the programme .
