Dear Owner Members of the San Antonio Apartment Association:
Pursuant to the Bylaws of the San Antonio Apartment Association, Inc. (“Bylaws”), Article XII, Amendments, Section B, we are delivering this notice of
proposed amendments to the Bylaws. The enclosed changes to the Bylaws will be voted on at the Annual Meeting of the Members and Election
of Officers which will be held on September 15, 2016 at 3:00 p.m. (C.D.T.)
at Freeman Expo Hall C. In compliance with Article XII, Section A, of the
Bylaws, the Board of Directors approved the enclosed proposed amendments to the Bylaws on July 20, 2016 at a regular meeting. The proposed
amendments to the Bylaws are set forth in red as follows:
