Cory Palmer started with Lincoln Property Company as a Leasing Professional in Au-
gust of 2009. He has worked in affordable, conventional, and lease-up communities
and currently manages Colonnade Apartment Homes. He is a Certified Training Asso-
ciate with Lincoln Property Company and a Navigator for new hires to the company.
He is married, has five dogs, and is an avid game enthusiast.
Travis Alexander Rocha was born September 13, 1991, in San Antonio, Texas. Both of
his parents and sister are San Antonio natives who are active in his life. During high
school Travis has been able to compete in local and national competitions participat-
ing with the Ronald Reagan Marching Band playing both Trumpet and French horn.
Travis has attended both The University of Texas at San Antonio and A&M San Anto-
nio focusing his major in Marketing. He began his career in property management in
mid-2014 and has since been able to accomplish several achievements. In 2015 he
was rewarded Top Sales, 2016 Marketing/Leasing of the Year, 2017 received his NALP
credential and was first in his company to reach a Gold leasing elite status with Francis
Property Management. He wishes to receive both his Platinum leasing elite status and
CAM credentials in 2018. Travis was promoted to an Assistant Manager mid-2017 and
plans to excel within the multi-family industry. Outside his professional life he enjoys to
go hiking, biking and spending time outdoors. In 2016 he participated in his first half
marathon and was placed fifth place in his division. Having a philanthropic heart Travis
has helped with Habitat for Humanity, The American Red Cross, and youth programs
during his college years. He wishes to bring a new flavor and dynamic becoming a
part of The San Antonio Apartment Association to help the next generation of leasing
professionals excel within their careers and goals.
8 Monica Rodriguez Monica Rodriguez has been involved with the apartment industry for over 8 years. She
is an account executive at Apartments.com. When she first started with Apartments.
com she was the product manager for their Spanish magazine. Awarded presidents
club twice in her career for succeeding sales goals.
9 Alan Ross Alan Ross is the Director of Operations for Bob Ross Realty. He has been full time in the
industry for 10.5 years Fun Fact: When it comes to eating I can be very picky. Over the
past several years I have become less and less picky but one of the things I don’t think
I will be able to get over is my food touching. For me, there must be a clear line of
separation between foods. My favorite plates are the ones with the built in dividers!
10 Amador Yeverino Amador Yeverino started with Equimax in March 2010 as a leasing professional and
spent some time with Greystar in 2012. He was the only leasing agent for a 464-unit
property that went through a rehab and brought the occupancy from 52% to 96%.
He’s currently the Resident Service Director at Mira Loma Apartments for Portico Prop-
erty Management. He is engaged, a proud father to a son, has 2 big dogs, drives a
Red Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and is the lead singer/guitarist for local rock band A Day
Like No Other.
