Ana Paula Aun - I am devoted to serve our amazing apartment industry. I started this jour-
ney back in 2011 as a part time leasing agent for Francis Properties. I was a resident at one
of their communities as I went to school and the opportunity became available and I ap-
plied. Since then I have been blessed to continue to grow within this industry, now I am a
Property Manager at a 484 unit complex and I have the amazing opportunity to be part of
our San Antonio Apartment Association and support our future generations. I have served
on different committees throughout the years and it amazes me how much we can do
together and how stronger we have become throughout the years. I would like for anyone
who is reading this to know that if you have not gotten involved with our association you
need to! You will not regret it and you will learn and feel amazing to be able to support
and serve your association and community.
Roxanne Beckerman has more than 15 years of experience in property management.
She began her journey in the industry as a part time leasing agent in Wichita, Kansas and
worked her way up to being a multi-site manager in San Antonio, Texas. Red being her
favorite color, she is excited to have recently joined the #CORTRed family as the Territory
Sales Manager for Cort Furniture here in SA. She is loving her transition to the vendor side
and expanding her knowledge and service to our industry as a whole. She has joined mul-
tiple committees and is fully devoted to supporting and encouraging our future leaders of
the association. Her personal time is spent having fun with her family and friends! She loves
the water, so it couldn’t be more fitting that she will marry the love of her life on a beautiful
beach in Mexico in May!
