PAC BUSINESS EXCHANGE THURSDAY , MAY 18 TH
The 2017 Business Exchange reservations will open on Tuesday , April 18th at 9:00 a . m .
You will be able to make reservations on the SAAA website through the “ Sponsorships ” portal - more details will be sent out soon .
Important Information :
• Only 26 spots available ; First come , first served
• Make sure you know your member log-in and password information before April 18th ; if you don ’ t know your log-in , call the SAAA office at 210.692.7797
• You must pay by 4:00 p . m . on April 18th or your spot goes to the next member on the list
• Because this is a PAC event , you must use personal funds to pay for your spot ; state law prohibits the use of corporaote funds for PAC donations
• Last year , reservations sold out after 4 minutes , so plan accordingly !
