Nedbank Commercial Property Finance is the dominant funder of engineering infrastructure construction in the affordable housing market. The annual SAARDA golf challenge is well- established and is the association’s most successful forum for getting stakeholders together and providing opportunity for, as well as a platform from which, to discuss events, trends, challenges and changes in the industry. Non- golfing members join the evening function, which includes dinner. The Parkview golf day was well attended, with 21 teams entered. Besides SAARDA members, other participants included environment consultants, provincial and local government officials and representatives of the banking industry. The association held its AGM at the same venue before the golfers teed off.
