Watervalspruit:
the sky’s the limit
Cosmopolitan Projects has launched its next mega housing
development at Watervalspruit (south of Alberton, next to the R59)
on 1 June 2016. This project will be completed in phases over the
next eight to 10 years and will cost a total of about R10-billion.
