This multi-storey social housing development is one of the first ODA projects approved by SHRA, with a development cost of R390-million and comprises 1 168 units ranging from bachelor units to one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments. The first 480 units were released for occupancy over phases starting December 2017 through to March 2018.
