Richardson & Wrench Lindfield Getting to know... Real estate has come a long way in the world of marketing. I’ve been working at Richardson & Wrench Lindfield for 7 and a half years now, and haven’t looked back! I originally joined the team as a receptionist, and back then, there was a predominant portion of print advertising, whereas there’s been a large shift towards online marketing and social media. Q. What does your day look like? big part of role which I really enjoy. There are surprisingly a lot of processes that go on behind the scenes to listing a property for sale, which is what I love as I’m very process oriented (maybe a bit too much). There are occassions where I need to adapt to a sudden change in a campaign if the preparation of a home takes a bit longer than planned, but it keeps me on my toes! As I originally started as receptionist it gave me a lot of exposure to all aspects of the business, which allows me to jump in and assist where needed. Q: What do you love about your job? No two days are the same. My job has a lot of deadlines, which means day- to-day organisation is a 32nd Edition Above all though, the best part of coming to work each day is the people I work with and the supportive team culture. I’m incredibly lucky to have formed great friendships with my colleagues and even past colleagues, and if anything, it drives me to work harder to help my colleagues out and create a seamless process for all.
