Undertaking cost effective improvements to properties is a great way of keeping your property well maintained and desirable on the rental market. Being entrusted with someones largest asset and 31st Edition project managing the works is an honour and it’s fun! What I love most is seeing the transformation after a bit of TLC (tender love and care). What’s my Management motto? Communication is key!
