Welcome to our 36th Quarterly Report!
Springtime selling is well under way, and by now,
with the media coverage, we are all aware of the
shift in the property market.
Whilst days on market may be a little longer, we
are still achieving good results.
Experience on how to strategise and negotiate in
a shifting market is an essential element for the
strongest financial outcome for property owners.
Acknowledging that banks have clamped
down on lending does play a pivotal role on
market activity, along with awaiting the royal
commission report which may cause unintended
consequences.
