Page 11 of 21 NOMADS GOLF CLUB – SOUTH AFRICA RULES OF PLAY (ii) (d) After six monthly games have been concluded a schedule setting out the standings of the Members in the various Annual Club competitions shall be made available to each Member and thereafter the top ten monthly until the close of the playing year. This schedule shall include the Member’s eclectic record card reflecting his eclectic points hole by hole as well as the eclectic handicap applicable at that time. (e) All Members’ physical score cards for the current playing year shall be retained by the Nomads Club at which the game was played for reference and checking purposes and are to be disposed of at the close of said year. MEMBERSHIP RECORDS It is the responsibility of the Members initial Club to retain his original application form. The Nomads Club to which a Member is attached shall then from time to time make the necessary annotations into the SAMSON system of the following: (iii) (a) Each Members personal contact details and membership history including changes in membership category; (b) His overall performance in major annual competitions, including every prize or distinction he has achieved in Nomads; (c) Record of participation in National Tournaments both domestic and foreign; (d) Details of any executive offices held either at Club or National level; (e) Details of any disciplinary proceedings including charge and outcome; (f) Details of any Leave of Absence granted to or Suspension imposed upon any Member. ANNUAL HARDCOPY RECORD It is the responsibility of every NOMAD Club Executive Committee to ensure that annually in the period after the completion of its Gold Cup game and before the commencement of the initial following years monthly game, the abridged records of each of its Member's membership details and records of play are physically printed from the SAMSON (Scoring and membership system of Nomads) computer system and added to the Member’s file. This requirement shall also apply to any Member who either ceases to be a Member for any reason, or transfers out to another Nomads Club, during the year. 14. QUALIFICATION The primary qualification for all NOMAD competitions shall be that a Member must be in good standing as to payment of subscriptions and playing obligations. Any Member not in good standing on Gold Cup Day shall not be eligible to participate in any Annual Competition as detailed in Rules 15, 16, 17 18 and 19 hereof even though he might otherwise have qualified for such competition. 15.
