Cled Richards is an ex-player and coach
at Nantgaredig RFC who still puts the
boots on for the 2nd XV when needed.
He told us, “I moved to the area in August
2003 and was playing for the club by
September; I knew a few friends there so
was quickly drawn in. At the time I was
retired from the game but the boys had
other ideas.
My main position is Full back and in 2007-
2012 I was also a coach. I have to say that
when I have watched the 1st XV play this
season they have been absolutely great
to watch, playing some very expansive
rugby. My business Agri Angels are club
sponsors and we enjoy helping out when
we can.
