Rugby Club Magazine recently caught up with Club Representative Aron McMahon to find out more. Involvement He told us, “I’ve been involved with the club from the age of 18 (so 16 years). I first started working as bar staff and subsequently became a bar manager, committee member, DPS and treasurer. It’s my local club, living just yards away. Every aspect of my role as treasurer is both challenging and rewarding in itself. Keeping the club running, money coming in etc. to pay the bills and move forward. It’s rewarding for the whole committee to see the club go from strength to strength and become more successful, however this in turn creates its own challenges.” Present “The mood is very buoyant currently; we are achieving much success particularly through the junior “We are very much a community club.
