This prospectus focuses on two and
three year deals so financially we can
plan not just season to season but for
seasons in advance allowing us greater
flexibility for our financial planning.
This hard work would have meant
nothing unless our partners bought
into our vision for the club.
We have been lucky that local
businesses have got on board, with
Cromwell’s, one of the biggest pubs in
the town, agreeing to become our kit
sponsors and Eat-Clean-Cuisine one of
the first healthy eating establishments
in Warrington agreeing to sponsor
our club wear. This coupled with local
businesses Kingsway Flooring, G&T
Builders , Lock Down Escape Games,
DMT Accountants, Lime Print and
Dragon Warmth solutions means we
can plan to be around for seasons to
come.
A close friendship I have with the
Finance Director at Arnold Clark, who
have previously helped the club with
the Hilary Steele dinner, sparked the
three year ground sponsorship deal for
the club. Luckily for us Arnold Clark
came in and said they would be happy
to be the ground sponsors for the next
three seasons which was a massive
boost for us. Having a company of
their prowess getting involved at
Rylands Sharks just shows where we
are moving and how quickly we are
moving on.
At the end of each season we hold
our annual Hilary Steel awards Dinner.
In 2015 and 2016 this dinner was held
at the Halliwell Jones Stadium in
Warrington. We have hosted over 250
people per year at the dinner and it has
been hosted by Sky Sports Own Barrie
McDermott and Terry O’Connor.
