We’ve had a successful inaugural season with an academy, have a developing 2nd XV and 25 of our U18s have played senior rugby during the campaign. “I think one of the keys to our success is the coaching team that we have here which is gold standard. Having regular quality coaching is vital. The players have a real belief in their ability and the new club house provides us with a great base. “Youth rugby is very important to us; we have developed a pathway for U16s to senior rugby with appropriate integration at the right time.
