The history of Mexico´s education
Do you want to move further? Education has evolved in so many ways but for us to really move further we must learn about our past to not let it repeat.
In Mexico, the education was based on Catholicism, the indigenous people's beliefs were stomped on and seen as impure by the conquerors and Cortez, who was leader of the Spanish colonization.
The indigenous people were unfairly judged and were obligated to believing in the Catholic Church even though they didn't know Spanish! Blindly, they first welcomed these outsiders as friends, with open arms while weren't aware that they would be treated this way.
