President’s Report
Congratulations Bruce on another successful
Primary Citizenship Awards Night. To see the
faces of the awardees was a most uplifting
experience and the comments of the parents and
friends of the children left little doubt that this is
one of our most significant events. Don't forget
our annual International Dinner Night, which also
doubles as our Club’s Xmas Party, on Saturday
6th December.
Our next major fund raising event is sale of Xmas
Trees on the weekends of 6th / 7th and 13th/14th
December. Torin has all the details but helpers
are required on each of the days from around
7.30am to about 11.30am or until trees are sold.
Proceeds from the sale of Xmas Trees is split
between the major beneficiary Grandparents
Raising Grandchildren, and other local charities
· Women of high ethical standard
· Women who have demonstrated either a
significant contribution to the community,
(local, nationally or internationally) either
within or outside their vocation,
· Women who have given “Service Above
Self” in their field of endeavour
· Women who are inspirational role models
