The Customer Experience area will be responsible for marketing services; hosting exhibitions,
large networking events, and conventions; providing showrooms and permanent display halls.
The ROIC products and startups can be presented here through a unique smart environment
which will allow visitors to view, interact with, and appreciate their true value.
KEY SERVICES
The Customer Experience Area will acts as the bridge between the STI ecosystem and the ROIC
areas, connecting professionals coming from the ecosystem to the corresponding ROIC areas.
The ROIC Customer Experience area, equipped with IoT sensors, various amenities where
visitors can learn about emerging technologies and trends, see new applied R&D investigation
results and prototypes. Key component of the Customer Experience Area is the Convention
Center, a big auditorium, to host scientific forums and innovation events for 1000+
participants.
Customer Experience Area is envisioned as a fully customizable and technologically equipped
environment which actively uses immersive technologies and demo stations to give customers
the chance to test and put revolutionary products/services to use. As soon as customers set
foot into this area, they will see how new disruptive technologies are already part of life.
