Please tell us about your new music you have.
Big Mama Scandal is ready with new material for a album of 12-13 songs. Last year we recorded one of the songs called “Don’t
Walk Away” and we have shot a selfie video of it in the studio. We choose this song because of it’s non traditional sound. This song
sounds different than the other material.
Please name some of the tracks and what they are about.
One of the tracks is “Stay Where You Are” is a heavy rocking story of the revolutions around the world. “You & Me” is a new love rock
ballad with a bit of electronic drum beats. “Mind & Soul” is a little wink to the British music of the 80’s it will be the possible name
of the new album. “Come In Tune” is a middle tempo rock song. “I Need You” is a indie sounding love story. “Changes” is a British
sounding song for the changes in life and in love and more.
What will be different on your new music release compared to your order releases?
In Big Mama Scandal we always add something new for the next albums,and I am so happy because I have a feeling that this album
will be very different, and much more musical. In my head most of the songs sound like late The Beatles meeting the modern heavy
style.Yes,I feel like now we are at this period of our creativity.
If you had to tell someone what your band sounded like, what bands would you mention?
I would say that we sound like Bon Jovi, Europe and Poison, but for the new album I would add The Beatles, Foo Fighters and Bryan
Adams in the mix.
Your band is from Bulgaria, What is the music scene like there?
The musical scene in Bulgaria is the same like the scenes in Europe and Northern America,with all the good and bad things
happening recently to the music industry. Many of small clubs and big halls for live music. Every year we have biggest names in
music coming for a shows and festivals.
What plans do you have for 2016?
2016 will be very important year for us because of the new album coming. I can’t wait. Also we hopefully will to shoot some videos of
the new songs.

BIG MAMA SCANDAL is one of the most famous rock bands in Bulgaria. The band started in 1991 with big concerts in Sofia
and all over the country. For a very short time the band got the attention of Bulgarian National Television, the press and the
radio stations. A lot of successful TV shows and participations in radio charts followed and are on with their songs.
