• Find a rental agency with trained, courteous personnel that
takes time to answer questions and meets your rental needs.
• Inspect the size, type, cleanliness and sturdiness.
• Ask the rental company if they have a show room.
This may give you a better idea of the equipment they carry.

• When you order, indicate on the contract that you want everything delivered
clean and ready to present.
• Rent extra equipment just in case unexpected guests arrive (dishes, utensils...)
• Ask if the setup is included in the price. If you are responsible for the setup, make
arrangements with your party site. They may be able to help you out.
