Your Rights
One of the most important things to discuss with your photographer prior to your wedding is
your rights to the photos. Policies on your rights vary from photographer to photographer.  It is
important to ask them if you have full rights to all of your photographs.  Ask how you will be
receiving the photos and if all will be without watermark.
Advertising & Promotion
Most photographers will use your wedding images as promotion.  If there are certain things
you do not want revealed to the public, like invitations with your full names or your home in
the background, be sure to discuss these parameters with your photographer before booking.
