Nothing can seem more daunting than ensuring you look your best on your wedding day, but how you get there is what really counts. So what can you do to make sure you reach your goal weight, feel confident and beautiful, and make heads turn in the best way possible on your wedding day and beyond? We have a few ideas for you. Get on the move! Exercise is critically important to a healthy lifestyle. Whether you join a gym or fitness center, take a brisk walk each day, or decide to tackle a couch to 5k program, you’ll want to get up and out in order to stay fit and healthy. p Less stress. More rest. We all have stress in our lives, but the wedding planning process can bring up all sorts of dynamics and challenges that you may not otherwise have to face. The good news is, you will get through it. Yes, there are a lot of decisions to make, relationships to consider, and exciting choices around every turn. But the best way to handle the stress is to stay healthy. Get plenty of rest. And most importantly, listen to your body. The more rested you are, the more likely you’ll be able to confidently handle the stresses that come your way. Moderation over deprivation. The more whole, nutritious, vitamin-rich foods you can incorporate into your diet, the better.
