Meal Plans Nutrition is a huge part of a successful adventure. With the exception of snack food and beverages, all meals are included on Kilimanjaro. You will need to bring your own mountain snacks for five days. Snack items should weigh about 2 - 3 lbs.

Take snacks and drink mixes that you genuinely enjoy. Eating well is the key to maintaining your strength while in the mountains. And in order to combat the loss of appetite at altitude, it is best to have a variety of foods from which to choose, from sweet to sour to salty.

Rentals Our rental fleet philosophy is the same as our retail philosophy. We only use the world's best gear, and so should you.
