hirty years has come and gone and Cain Insurance Services
is celebrating!
In 1986 the company was formed by Dan and Eileen Cain. Later
came Gwen Arbeau, our current Commercial Lines Manager
and Luke Cain as a sales person. The partnership between Dan
and Luke was formed in 1994.
The company has evolved over that time with constant growth
and we now employ 27 insurance professionals.
Our growth has been because of our people. Cain Insurance has
consistently invested in youth. The spirit of our company and
our future is tied to these young insurance professionals that
are being mentored for the future. The next thirty years will be
for them to evolve with our company and continue the growth.
Our company must continue to provide the best in insurance
and risk management advice and that means educating and
bringing along the next generation.
Managing the average employee age is a challenge, made even
more difficult within the province with the highest average age.
We have worked hard to reduce our average employee age over
time with a commitment to training.
We were impressed during a recent visit to Lloyds of London
with the quality of the brokers and underwriters. There was
a very youthful dynamic at the oldest insurance marketplace
in the
