Of the beautiful blond personalities Hollywood has seen in the recent past, Christina Aguilera is certainly one of the most memorable faces. Besides her great looks, Christina is also remembered for her NBC show The Voice in which she inspired and mentored upcoming musicians. She started experiencing weight issues during her pregnancy with her second child in which she added a considerable amount of extra weight. Losing the weight became a challenge to her even after delivering. Due to her height of 5 feet, shedding off the extra weight was crucial to her health. She not only changed her diet but also got herself a trainer who helped her lose the added weight and get back to her previous shape and size. The results are stunning.

Chaz Bono is known for a number of things, being son of Cher and Sonny, participating in a season of Dancing With the Stars and for being a transgender. During the show that involves lots of physical activity, Chaz probably realized that he needed to do something about his weight. In order to achieve his weight loss goals, Bono took to a stern diet made of lean proteins, fresh vegetables and fruits. He also embarked on a daily exercise routine which have all contributed to his great weight loss achievements. Within a short while, he managed to lose up to 85 pounds and has a really toned body. He lost his double chin and has definitely regained his confidence.
