For decades, Oprah has been one of the most notable talk show hosts on TV. There is however a period of time during which Oprah put on quite a considerable amount of weight. It is reported that she even hit 240 pounds during this time. Realizing her weight was spiraling, Oprah decided it was time she had a handle on her weight and turn her life around. Turning to Weight Watchers and a strict working out program, Oprah dropped an estimated 160 pounds. Although she has not held her weight steady since the stunning weight loss, she has kept it in check, looking pretty and healthy as ever. She is currently Weight Watcher’s spokeswoman and is dedicated to helping others lose weight.

Mariah Carey

Ever since she commenced her career in the entertainment scene, Mariah Carey has often exhibited some weight issues. Her weight problems however escalated following the birth of her twin babies with Nick Cannon. It was after her delivery that she found it really challenging to shed off the baby weight. Her weight rose so much that it was definitely a disaster to her career and pop diva image. Her double chin became evident and the once famous hourglass figure was lost. Realizing the problem she was getting into, Mariah Carey embarked on a serious weight loss journey. Resorting to a strict diet plan and thorough exercise, Mariah managed to lose more than 45 pounds. She has reclaimed her chic curvaceous body once more.
