Cherry/Mint Smoothie

Directions:
1. Place cherries in blender
topped with Almond Breeze
Unsweetened Vanilla and pulse
to mash.
2. Rinse fresh mint, cut off
woody stems and add. Add
hemp seeds, cinnamon and raw
honey, if using, and blend until
smooth.

I saw this on FaceBook and
was a little leery about this process, but I did a little research
into and found quite a bit of
information about it. I still have
my doubts, but it would be a
really cool idea that could take
care of that debris on the West
coast from the Japanese
Tsunami.
