The Ambassador's Chef
In 2013, Ko Osawa (Sho Sakurai) works as
sous-chef at a first-class hotel. He cooks French cuisine. His job at the hotel requires him to cook for hundreds of customers, but Ko Osawa prefers to cook for a single customer. One day, he happens to see a pamphlet inquiring about a chef available to work at a diplomat office. Ko ends up taking the job and quits his job at the hotel.
2 years later, Ko now works as the chef at the Japanese Embassy in Vietnam. Ko then takes part in a cook-off against the chef at the French Embassy.
Older Brother, Gacha Mkiko (Rio Suzuki) is an elementary school student. Her family is poor. To get her ideal older brother, she turns the handle of a gacha (toy vending machine).

Akari Arimura (Maki Horikita) is a 25-year-old woman from Funabashi, Chiba Prefecture, Japan. She graduated from nursing school in Funabashi
and works as a nurse in the geriatric ward of a hospital in affiliation. When she became a nurse, Akari Arimura wanted to help people. Now, 4 years after starting her career in nursing, her views on her job has changed. After being overworked and receiving low pay, Akari Arimura wants to get married as soon as possible and quit her job. She begins to work as a nurse at a different hospital. The hospital attracts people from the political, financial and entertainment fields, because of its exclusivity and high hospital fees.

Ikuo and Tatsuya are orphans. They live at Mahoroba’s house which is a child and family services home. At their elementary school, they
see Teacher Yuko, who took good care of them like a real older sister, killed right in front of them. Ikuo and Tatsuya tell the police what they saw, but the case is covered by a police officer wearing a gold watch.
15 years later, Ikuo (Toma Ikuta) now works as a detective. He is a good person and his arrest rate is the highest at the police station. Meanwhile, using his handsome appearance and cleverness, Tatsuya (Shun Oguri) becomes a high ranking yakuza.
Detective Ikuo and Yakuza Tatsuya have a singular purpose, which is to find the man wearing the gold watch, dig out the truth and reveal the dark side of the police organization.
