Resins used in the construction of Rhino Tuff Tanks are listed with the NSF as meeting the NSF 51 requirements and meet or exceed specifications contained in FDA Regulation 21 CFR 177.1520 ( 2 ) 3.1 and may be used as an article or as a component of articles for use in contact with food , subject to any limitations of the regulations .
