It is my life's mission to empower women and help
them realize their purpose. It breaks my heart to know
that many women hold back their dreams because they
do not believe in themselves. This book is about my
personal journey of lacking confidence and having such
a hunger for purpose in my life and finally having the
courage to take the first step in my leadership journey.
My intention is for women to understand that they will
never truly be fulfilled unless they step out in faith to
realize their dreams. I speak from my own experience.
the title of this book is called Butt Naked Leadership
because it's raw, It's my true journey of transformation
and at times when I would speak at workshops, I would
use the phrase butt naked for the women to understand
the authenticity of my story. And so there you go, I
hope you enjoy this book and walk away ready lead
well and to live a life of purpose
and fulfillment

Know that your circumstance does not define you, your purpose does. Self-awareness is the key component of self-development. If you do not know yourself, you cannot improve yourself. Discover your purpose, believe in it, and create it with passion.

We are all were born with a divine purpose and will
never be completely fulfilled until we fully step into it.
My ultimate passion is to see greatness in women, to
reveal their greatness and to empower them to realize
their greatness!
