Let's hear a bit more from Kimberly...

~Share something you are passionate about:

I am passionate about teens believing in themselves and being who they really are. So much energy is focused on trying to “fit in” with others. It brings a lot of pain, especially when you DON’T fit in. When you are bold and have confidence to be who you really are and believe in your goals, visions and dreams, you naturally and authentically inspire others to do the same. Standing in your uniqueness – or even quirkiness – is vulnerable and takes a lot of courage. This is true leadership. I want to share this message with as many teens as possible.

~~What are some ways you are helping to bring this forward in the world?

I am supporting teens to believe in themselves through sharing the positive impact of what they are already doing and empower them to see more possibilities for themselves. I spread awareness through speaking, Facebook Live, social media and my programs that support teens and those who love them.

~What are 1-3 tips you can give our reader today to help them step forward in their life powerfully by in your inspirations?

1. Be authentically you. Your skills, talents and also your uniqueness or quirkiness are your own. When you have the courage to be yourself, you will inspire those around you, including teens. They are our future leaders, and they watch you closer than you think.

2. Acknowledge yourself with Gratitude. Start your day, looking in the mirror, and say, “I’m grateful for you (say your name). I’m Grateful to have a new day. I’m grateful for the contribution I make…” Or whatever works for you.

Ask, “I wonder what Beauty, Miracle or Blessing will show up for me today?”

What tip or piece of advice can you share with our reader today to empower them to live on purpose and with great purpose? passion crystal clear. My fear of being judged kept me hidden and unseen. But at the same time, it let me know that I have a voice, a message that needs to be heard. Now, that I want to be seen, heard, and SHINE, I can share my gifts with the world.

I want to receive your gifts and message. Are you willing to look at your fears and tap into passion? The world wants you and your message and so do I.
