When we blame others and see ourselves as victims, we stay stuck. Look for the lesson, the gift in every challenge.

Seek support. We are social beings, wired to bond. The support and encouragement of our community makes a huge difference to our success.

~Will you share a client success story?

A young client of mine was stuck in a toxic relationship she was afraid to leave. Her dream of becoming a doctor had been put on permanent hold as she put his needs ahead of her own. Together we uncovered her feelings about this relationship -- that she did not love him and she was giving away her power. After only 3 months of working together, she left the relationship and is now focusing on fulfilling her dream.

~What tip or piece of advice can you share with our reader today to empower them to SHINE?

Open to change. Be curious even when change seems like a disaster. Your biggest difficulty or challenge is often the gateway to your transformation. It can shift your perspective and open you to new possibilities.

~Any final thought, share, or idea that you would like to share with our readers today?

We often wait until something gets really bad before we take a step to change it. Don’t wait. Life is precious. We never know how much time we really have. My wish for you is to live and die without regret.
