You’ll need: - - - - - - - 1lb of ground beef 1tsp of ground cloves 1/2tsp salt 1/4tsp black pepper ½ cup of Tomato Ketchup 2 tablespoons or Worcestershire Sauce 1 (12oz) can of beer What to do: - - - - - - 53 Mix together the beef, cloves, salt and pepper in a bowl. Form into small balls, about the size of walnuts. Brown them well, easiest to do in a frying pan with a tablespoon of oil. Mix the beer, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce in a separate pan and simmer on a medium heat for 10 minutes. Drain the fat from the meatballs and add the sauce. Cover and simmer for 2 hours and then serve!
